We are currently looking for a talented and reliable
Website Developer And Wordpress Developer
to join our team full-time and work from our office.
Role Description
The Website Developer will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining websites for TMM Digital Agency’s clients.
This role requires someone who can manage website projects from the early planning and design stage through to development, launch, ongoing updates,
resolving technical issues,
and maintenance.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience with
WordPress and CMS-based websites
, along with a good understanding of front-end and back-end development, responsive design, basic SEO, and website performance optimisation.
This position is suitable for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing agency environment and can manage multiple client projects at the same time.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, including PHP, MySQL, and WordPress frameworks
- Strong skills in Responsive Web Design and Web Design practices
- Extensive experience in Web Development, including custom theme and plugin development
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to troubleshoot technical challenges
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Prior experience working with digital agencies is a plus
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is practical, creative, organised, and technically confident.
The right candidate should be able to take a website from concept to completion, while also supporting ongoing maintenance and improvements for existing clients.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working across different industries, can handle several projects at once, and understands the fast-moving nature of a digital marketing agency.
