Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, offering expert advice and guidance.
- Develop and implement effective solutions, leveraging your knowledge of Manhattan Active Omni.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, especially in the Manhattan Active Omni space.
- Document and communicate best practices, ensuring knowledge transfer within the team.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing timely and effective support.
- Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements, based on client feedback.
- Ensure data security and privacy compliance, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Manhattan Active Omni and its applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience in project management and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Manhattan Active Omni suite.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a track record of successful client engagements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative spirit, with a willingness to share knowledge and mentor team members.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
