WMS Business System Analyst

Skills and abilities

• Demonstrate initiative and work effectively with limited supervision.
• Communicate effectively in verbal, written, and presentation settings.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware problems and coordinate tasks to achieve effective results.
• Manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
• WMS or TMS experience is helpful.
• Experience with Manhattan SCALE WMS or Blue Yonder/JDA TMS is preferred.
• Basic WMS configuration knowledge for allocation, putaway, and replenishment rules is preferred.
• SQL query, report development, and ZPL label-generation knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• An associate degree in information technology or supply chain is preferred.
• At least one year of supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or transportation industry experience is required.
• At least one year of WMS or TMS knowledge, support, or deployment experience is preferred.
• At least one year of hardware or network knowledge or support experience is preferred.
