Mackenzie Investments is hiring a Business Analyst Intern for a January-to-April 2027 winter term.
The role supports the Business Managed Technology Solutions RPA team in Enterprise Services and Contact Centres.
The position is full time at 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Mackenzie Investments is hiring a Business Analyst Intern for a January-to-April 2027 winter term.
The role supports the Business Managed Technology Solutions RPA team in Enterprise Services and Contact Centres.
The position is full time at 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Work Environment
- The role uses a hybrid work environment with three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business-level process discovery and documentation.
- Analyze the RPA delivery practice.
- Implement operational and AI innovation opportunities.
- Support research, process improvement, innovation, and productivity using emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in an undergraduate program in a related discipline and return to school in April 2027.
- Be eligible to work full time for the entire program.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio or other process-mapping tools.
