Role Overview
Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and daily operational workloads.
Support a stable and efficient enterprise IT environment through administration, troubleshooting, security, and infrastructure optimization.
Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, configure, and optimize Windows Server environments running versions 2016, 2019, and 2022.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, authentication, and user and group management.
- Configure DNS, DHCP, and other core network services.
- Implement security hardening, access controls, patching, and compliance measures.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues using Performance Monitor, Event Viewer, and other tools.
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies using Veeam, Windows Backup, or other solutions.
- Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks.
- Follow ITIL practices for incident response, change management, and service requests.
- Work with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and hybrid identity solutions.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of Windows System Administrator experience handling enterprise workloads.
- Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, or MCSE certification is preferred.
- Deep expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policies, and domain services.
- Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with security best practices, access controls, and patch management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with backup, disaster recovery, high availability, and virtualization technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in an enterprise IT environment.

Compensation
- Salary is between SAR 8,000 and SAR 10,000 per month.
