Full Job Posting

Lead and supervise installation crews on residential and commercial job sites.
Coordinate daily installation activities and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation specifications.
Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and building code requirements.
Conduct site inspections and resolve installation issues as they arise.
Train and mentor installers to improve workmanship and efficiency.
Maintain safe work practices and ensure compliance with company safety policies.
Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and site preparation.
Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and customers.
Complete project documentation, reports, and deficiency lists as required.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in window and door installation.
Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
Strong understanding of construction practices, building envelopes, and installation methods.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions.
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures.
Competitive hourly wage of $35–$42/hour based on experience.
