Position summary

Support hotel cleanliness and the guest experience through a wide range of housekeeping functions.

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver guest requests and support a positive guest experience.
  • Stock carts, clean rooms, clean public spaces, and perform similar housekeeping duties.
  • Follow company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
  • Uphold quality standards and maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
  • Perform hands-on work involving standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects.

Work expectations

  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while performing the role.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Maintain professional personal appearance and communications.

Schedule and workplace

  • Full-time schedule.
  • The role is not remote and is based at the hotel in Dubai.
  • The work requires physical presence and movement throughout the hotel.
