About The Role
Support the sales department by building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers.
Facilitate product listings, price changes, and updates to ensure accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
Ensure the achievement of all assigned KPIs in line with channel targets and sales strategy.
Execute all approved national promotions and, under the guidance and direction of senior sales supervisors, identify and develop new potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all company products are listed across assigned accounts in line with sub‑classification guidelines.
- Plan and secure customer approval for promotional products prior to launch.
- Secure promotional space before sell‑in periods.
- Ensure all assigned accounts comply with the approved price list and maintain updated price and item files.
- Conduct regular space and target slab audits in line with LTA requirements.
- Implement customer satisfaction surveys on a regular basis.
- Provide daily feedback on competitor activities within assigned accounts.
- Coordinate special sales activities based on sub‑channel classification.
- Achieve all assigned company KPIs in line with channel strategy.
- Maintain healthy stock levels at customer locations.
- Adhere to the approved daily journey and route plan.
Requirements
- High School Certificate.
- Arabic Fluency
- English Fluency
- 2 years’ wholesale sales experience.
