Role Overview

  • We are looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Wholesale Distribution Manager to lead the regional growth of our brand portfolio across retail, concept stores, boutiques, e commerce platforms, and selected hospitality partners.
  • This role is responsible for opening new doors, developing strategic partnerships, managing key wholesale accounts, and driving revenue growth while ensuring brand positioning and premium execution standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and secure new wholesale accounts across the region (boutiques, concept stores, department stores, e commerce platforms, hospitality retail).
  • Build and execute a regional expansion strategy aligned with brand positioning.
  • Open new markets and distribution channels where relevant.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, margins, MOQs, and annual agreements.
  • Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts.
  • Develop strong long term relationships with buyers and store owners.
  • Monitor sell through performance and implement growth plans.
  • Coordinate reorders and seasonal launches.
  • Ensure selective distribution aligned with premium positioning.
  • Assess potential partners based on brand fit, audience, and store aesthetics.
  • Work closely with marketing to support product launches and activations.
  • Oversee VM guidelines implementation in key accounts.

Ideal Profile

  • 4–8+ years experience in wholesale, distribution, or business development.
  • Experience in luxury, fragrance, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods preferred.
  • Strong regional network within boutiques, concept stores, and e commerce platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands on execution ability.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable opening new doors from scratch.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of margins and distribution strategy.
  • Based in [Region] with ability to travel across GCC / Europe (if applicable).

Compensation

  • Pay: AED4,000.00 AED8,000.00 per month
