Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new wholesale accounts across the region

Role Overview
- We are looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Wholesale Distribution Manager to lead the regional growth of our brand portfolio across retail, concept stores, boutiques, e commerce platforms, and selected hospitality partners.
- This role is responsible for opening new doors, developing strategic partnerships, managing key wholesale accounts, and driving revenue growth while ensuring brand positioning and premium execution standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new wholesale accounts across the region (boutiques, concept stores, department stores, e commerce platforms, hospitality retail).
- Build and execute a regional expansion strategy aligned with brand positioning.
- Open new markets and distribution channels where relevant.
- Negotiate commercial terms, margins, MOQs, and annual agreements.
- Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts.
- Develop strong long term relationships with buyers and store owners.
- Monitor sell through performance and implement growth plans.
- Coordinate reorders and seasonal launches.
- Ensure selective distribution aligned with premium positioning.
- Assess potential partners based on brand fit, audience, and store aesthetics.
- Work closely with marketing to support product launches and activations.
- Oversee VM guidelines implementation in key accounts.
Ideal Profile
- 4–8+ years experience in wholesale, distribution, or business development.
- Experience in luxury, fragrance, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods preferred.
