  • Location: Dubai driving growth across one of the world’s most dynamic retail markets in South East Asia

The Role

  • We’re looking for a Wholesale & Business Development Head – SEA to lead and grow our wholesale business across Southeast Asia. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for driving profitable growth, expanding market presence, and elevating brand consistency across the region.

Purpose

  • To build a profitable and sustainable wholesale business across Southeast Asia, aligned with Clarks’ global growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the wholesale sales strategy across SEA markets
  • Lead regional business performance delivering against sales, volume, and profit targets
  • Drive business development and expansion by identifying new partners and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to align on strategic direction
  • Ensure consistent brand execution across all wholesale channels
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to shape future strategy
  • Own P&L management, forecasting, and budget control to maximise profitability
  • Lead performance reviews and planning cycles
  • Oversee go to market planning, showroom execution, and key account presentations
  • Build, inspire, and develop a high performing wholesale team

What You'll Bring

  • Strong experience in wholesale leadership and business development
  • Deep understanding of the Southeast Asia retail and wholesale landscape
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen including P&L ownership
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong decision making and problem solving capability
  • Business level English proficiency
