The Wellness Instructor designs and delivers holistic wellness programs supporting guests’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

The instructor integrates movement, mindfulness, and relaxation into daily resort life.
Guest experience and instruction
- Conduct group and individual sessions including yoga, meditation, Pilates, stretching, breathwork, and mindfulness.
- Provide tailored lifestyle and wellness guidance to help guests achieve balance, relaxation, and vitality.
- Create a warm, motivating atmosphere and educate guests on practices that can continue beyond their stay.
Program development
- Design a diverse wellness activity calendar aligned with guest profiles, brand positioning, and seasonal events.
- Collaborate with Spa, Fitness, and Entertainment teams on integrated wellness and lifestyle offerings.
- Develop signature programs, retreats, and themed events.
Operations and safety
- Keep studios, outdoor areas, and relaxation spaces clean, safe, and prepared for activities.
- Maintain wellness equipment and props in excellent condition.
- Follow local health, safety, and hygiene standards and SO/ brand guidelines.
Guest relations and engagement
- Act as a brand ambassador for the SO/ lifestyle and inspire guests to embrace wellness during their holiday.
- Build personal connections by offering guidance, feedback, and encouragement.
- Collect guest feedback to continuously enhance the wellness experience.
Qualifications and experience
- Certification in yoga, Pilates, meditation, holistic health, or wellness coaching is required; recognised equivalent certifications are accepted.
- Previous experience in a luxury resort, spa, or wellness centre is required.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Knowledge of current wellness trends, holistic practices, and sustainable living is required.
- First aid and CPR certification is preferred.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
