Role Overview
Manage quality assurance and quality control for project material testing, quality document reviews, QAP preparation, and QMS documentation.
Perform field inspection and control execution activities during site execution and handover.
Coordinate inspections with the client to secure approvals and support on-time project progression.
Core Duties
- Review piping test packages, revised P&ID markups, isometric drawings, tenders, contracts, and quality, welding, and NDE requirements.
- Develop, issue, and maintain Inspection and Test Plans and wall planners.
- Coordinate inspection parties, inspection schedules, and inspection locations.
- Monitor field fabrication, installation, testing, and reinstallation activities for quality compliance.
- Identify and monitor non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
Testing and Documentation
- Prepare pressure test packages with marked-up P&IDs, isometric drawings, and test limits.
- Witness piping cleaning, hydrotests, bolt torquing, reinstallation, tie-in testing, and related critical activities.
- Prepare test reports, checklists, and quality control records after testing.
