Civmec are seeking experienced Special Class Welders to join our manufacturing and fabrication team based at our Henderson Workshop facility. We are currently working on a variety of complex and high profile projects:

This position is offered on a Monday – Friday roster with half day Saturday with the opportunity for additional overtime.

Our workshop hours are 6AM – 4.30PM with fulltime and casual positions available

Interpret engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards.

Undertake and pass all necessary weld qualifications in required weld processes

Perform the welding of steel components in all positions

Maintain all correct consumables, feeds, amperages and pre heat in accordance with applicable weld procedures

Perform 6g TIG welding techniques
