Supervision
- Direct and monitor the daily work of welding crews.
- Assign tasks based on workers' skills.
- Report work progress to project managers.
Quality Control
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they match blueprints, technical drawings, and industry standards.
Safety and Compliance
- Conduct daily safety briefings or toolbox talks.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
Training
- Train new hires and provide technical guidance.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
Requirements
