Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a hands-on fabrication role.

This position involves welding, cutting, assembling, and repairing metal components according to specifications and quality standards.

The ideal candidate takes pride in producing accurate, durable work and contributes to a safe, efficient, and collaborative shop environment.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and work orders to determine project requirements.
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal parts and structures using a variety of fabrication tools and equipment.
• Perform welding operations using appropriate processes and materials based on project needs.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, alignment, strength, and overall quality.
• Operate grinders, saws, drills, clamps, and other fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
• Complete repairs, modifications, and custom fabrication tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.
