The Welder will be responsible for welding, assembling, and inspecting components to ensure they meet our quality standards.
This role requires expertise in welding techniques, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate welding equipment, including but not limited to Stick, MIG and TIG welding machines.
- Fabricate and assemble components using welding techniques, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
- Inspect welded joints for defects and make necessary adjustments or repairs to meet quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Welder.
- Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG and TIG welding.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of welding equipment and tools, including setup and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Certification in welding techniques or completion of a welding training program is a plus.
