Welder Class B - 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM Pay: $20–$22/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential

Perform MIG welding on doors, sills, handles, tanks, and stainless components

Complete tack welding, grinding, and finishing work

Rotate across Cell 5 welding positions (welding, tacking, stud, and bung welding)

Read and interpret blueprints and part lists for accurate fabrication

Use a tape measure to ensure precise measurements

Operate shop tools safely and efficiently

Follow all PPE and safety requirements

Meet production goals and attendance expectations

Minimum 6 months MIG welding experience or trade school training

Ability to read blueprints and perform basic measurements

Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

Dependability and consistent attendance

Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
