Watson Custom Tanks is seeking a skilled Class A Welder/Fabricator to join our growing production team.

This role focuses on high‑quality stainless steel tank fabrication using TIG and Pulsed MIG welding .

We are looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented professional who takes pride in craftsmanship and works well in a team environment.

• Perform high-quality TIG and Pulsed MIG welds with minimal defects
• Layout and fabricate tank components including heads and shells
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and measurements
• Use weld gauges and complete weld, heat code, and traveler documentation
• Operate hand tools, overhead cranes, and equipment safely
