Welder-Basic 2nd Shift

Job Requirements ( To select this job at a minimum you must have the following):

High school diploma

1-2 years of demonstrated experience in a welding role in a manufacturing, automotive, or related environment. Or completion of a recognized welding apprenticeship program.

Or completion of a recognized welding apprenticeship program.

Proficient understanding of welding techniques, metallurgy, and welding symbols.

Knowledge of safety standards related to welding and metalworking.

Familiarity with the properties and characteristics of metals used in welding.

Understanding of welding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Ability to perform MIG welding techniques.

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Good attention to detail to ensure precision in welding tasks.

Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Ability to set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools.

Good problem-solving skills to identify and resolve welding-related issues.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
