Qualifications
- Knowledge of testing procedures and methodologies (e.g. Design of Experiments)
- Design or Applications Engineering experience with fastening or welding preferred
- Knowledge of general engineering practices related to electrical and mechanical systems
- Project management skills with emphasis on meeting deadlines,
- Strong Computer, Technical Writing and interpersonal skills
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Welding Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience
- CWI Certification a MUST
- 3+ years of experience in product development with direct customer interaction preferred
- AWS Certified Weld Engineer a PLUS, but not required
- 3D modeling and drafting experience (Solidworks, Unigraphics, Catia, ProE) a PLUS, but not required
