Role Overview
Serve as the first point of contact for hotel guests in Dubai.
Create warm, personalized welcome experiences and support smooth arrivals and departures.
Deliver exceptional hospitality in a vibrant, multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
- Provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, hotel information, and recommendations.
- Offer welcome beverages or amenities based on guest status or preferences.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams.
- Maintain a visible lobby presence and promote hotel services and facilities.
- Handle feedback, resolve or escalate issues, and communicate guest preferences and requests.
- Maintain a polished professional appearance in line with brand standards.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of Front Office or guest-facing experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai and its tourist attractions.
