Pullman Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Welcomer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Welcomer is the first point of contact for guests and creates warm, personalized arrival and departure experiences.
The role supports exceptional hospitality in a vibrant, multicultural hotel environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and hotel information.
- Offer welcome beverages or amenities based on guest status or preferences.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams.
- Maintain a visible lobby presence and guide guests as needed.
- Promote hotel services, facilities, and ongoing promotions.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, or escalate them appropriately.
- Record and communicate guest preferences and special requests.
- Maintain a polished appearance and anticipate guest needs.
Qualifications
- At least one year of front-office or guest-facing experience in a four- or five-star hotel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
