Position Summary

Welcome Ambassador, also described as a Guest Arrival Expert, guides guests through memorable arrival and departure experiences.

The role processes operational needs, addresses guest requests, completes reports, and shares local-area highlights.

Workplace and Schedule

  • The position is located at West Crescent, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The schedule is full time and the position is not remote.
  • The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and taking a hands-on approach to work.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create memorable and unique guest experiences from arrival through departure.
  • Take initiative to deliver services that guide guests through their stay.
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests.
  • Complete reports and share highlights of the local area.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and communicate professionally.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier objects with assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
  • Russian, Italian, or Spanish language capability is associated with the designated role title.
