As a Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse (LPN) , you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating the comprehensive care plans for our residents and supporting the floor staff as needed. As a Weekend Supervisor Registered Nurse (LPN) , you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and updating the comprehensive care plans for our residents and supporting the floor staff as needed. You’ll play a crucial role in providing leadership, supervision, and direct care to our residents, ensuring the highest quality care is delivered with compassion and professionalism.
Current LPN License: Must be licensed as a LPN in Oregon.
Resident Care Expertise: Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized care for our residents.
Leadership Skills: Supervision of nursing staff and a commitment to high-quality care delivery.
A Passion for Helping Others: A genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of state and federal rules and regulations governing nursing practices.
