Weekend Shift Paint Line Helper

The Weekend Shift, Friday-Sunday 6:30am- 6:30pm, Paint Line Helper plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the paint line during the evening shift. This position ensures that all materials and equipment are prepared and maintained to facilitate a smooth painting process, contributing directly to product quality and production timelines. The role involves close collaboration with the paint line team to assist in loading, unloading, and organizing parts, as well as monitoring the line for any issues that may arise. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Ultimately, the Paint Line Helper helps optimize the paint line workflow, ensuring that production goals are met consistently and effectively.

This Position will be training on 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday 6:30am- 4:30pm, and then transitioning to our Weekend Shift.
