Food preparations and cooking to menu specifications
Kitchen operations- FIFO, cleanliness, changing fryer oil, storage organization, dishes, inventory, breaking down deliveries, etc...
Ensuring food safety standards
Delivering orders to guests
Executing meals for private banquet events when contracted (breakfast & lunches)

Proven experience as a Cook (6 months to a year of experience preferred)
Knowledge of various cooking methods
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask multiple orders at once
Ability to communicate efficiently and respectfully towards guests and team members
