Wedding Planner Assistant

We are looking for a Wedding Planner Assistant to support the planning and execution of elegant ladies’ weddings and private wedding events in the UAE.

The ideal candidate is organized, presentable, energetic, and passionate about creating a smooth and memorable experience for brides and their families.

• Assist with planning, schedules, venue visits, rehearsals, and event-day preparations.
• Manage communication with brides, families, vendors, and event staff.
• Coordinate suppliers, décor, entertainment, catering, guest arrangements, and seating plans.
• Ensure timely vendor deliveries and handle last-minute changes calmly under pressure.

• Arab National with a valid UAE driving license.
• 3–5 years of wedding planning or event management experience in the UAE.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills with a professional, confident presentation.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
