Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 6 months related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Position Summary
- Provide highly personalized and attentive service to wedding couples, families, and guests.
- Ensure a seamless and memorable experience throughout all wedding related events and stays.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for wedding couples and VIP guests.
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, coordinating with Front Office.
- Deliver amenities and special requests promptly.
- Review wedding event details and communicate to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with teams to prepare and inspect guest rooms and suites.
- Conduct pre arrival planning and confirm special arrangements.
- Escort guests to accommodations or event venues.
- Be present during key wedding moments to address requests.
- Monitor and follow up on service requests.
- Coordinate laundry and garment care for wedding attire.
- Maintain records of guest preferences and service recovery.
- Collaborate with Weddings, Events, and other teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- 6 months related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
