Position Overview
Teonox is hiring a Web Developer to own website development, landing pages, funnels, integrations, hosting, server management, and website performance.
The role requires understanding business objectives, user journeys, marketing requirements, and technical outcomes before implementation.
The position is based in Pune and requires in-person work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, fast, scalable, and SEO-friendly corporate, e-commerce, landing-page, and lead-generation websites.
- Build conversion-focused landing pages and funnels for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other marketing campaigns.
- Manage WordPress themes, plugins, troubleshooting, migrations, APIs, CRM, WhatsApp, payment gateways, analytics, and third-party integrations.
- Manage domains, DNS, hosting, cPanel or Plesk, SSL, FTP or SFTP, MySQL, backups, and migrations.
- Troubleshoot server errors, downtime, website issues, and basic security concerns.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, caching, CDN usage, and overall website performance.
- Implement technical SEO elements including redirects, schema, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicals, and heading structure.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, marketing, and performance marketing teams across multiple projects.
