Company Description

  • ActionFi is the growth and campaign engine inside Action Model, helping Web3 and AI companies acquire real users through verified online actions.

Role Overview

  • As a Web3 Partner Marketer, you will help ActionFi grow its partner network across the Web3 ecosystem.
  • You will identify high potential projects, run outreach, support sales calls, manage client conversations, and help turn interested leads into successful ActionFi campaigns.

Partner Outreach & Client Acquisition

  • Identify Web3 projects that would benefit from running ActionFi campaigns.
  • Lead outbound outreach across Telegram, X, LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
  • Build relationships with founders, marketing leads, BD teams, community managers, KOLs, and ecosystem partners.
  • Move prospects from first conversation to booked calls, campaign proposals, and signed campaigns.
  • Work closely with the BD team to build and manage a strong pipeline of potential ActionFi clients.

Sales & Client Calls

  • Clearly explain what ActionFi is, how it works, and why it is valuable for Web3 projects.
  • Join calls with potential clients and help position ActionFi as a powerful growth solution.
  • Understand each client’s goals and recommend suitable campaign ideas, reward structures, and growth strategies.
  • Answer client questions around user acquisition, campaign performance, rewards, verification, and community activation.
  • Support the sales process from initial interest through to campaign launch.

Account Management

  • Manage client conversations on Telegram and other communication channels.
  • Keep clients updated before, during, and after their ActionFi campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to make sure campaign requirements, assets, messaging, and timelines are clear.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat campaigns.
  • Support clients with campaign setup, feedback, reporting, and ongoing communication.

Web3 Growth Strategy

  • Use your knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Stay close to emerging trends, narratives, ecosystems, communities, and projects.
  • Suggest new campaign angles, outreach ideas, and positioning opportunities for ActionFi.
  • Help improve ActionFi’s outreach messaging, sales materials, and partner pitch.
  • Work with the marketing team to turn campaign wins, client results, and partner activity into content, case studies, and social proof.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Existing connections across Web3 projects, communities, founders, marketers, BD teams, or KOLs.
  • Experience in Web3 growth marketing, partnerships, business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Confidence selling a product or service on calls.
  • Strong communication skills, especially on Telegram, X, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Ability to manage multiple client conversations and opportunities at once.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to turn conversations into signed campaigns.
  • Strong written skills for outreach, follow ups, client updates, and campaign communication.
  • Self starter who can take ownership and work independently.
  • Comfortable working closely with BD, sales, marketing, and product teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling campaign, community, quest, growth, or user acquisition products to Web3 companies.
  • Experience working with launchpads, exchanges, wallets, DeFi, gaming, AI, infrastructure, or Layer 1 / Layer 2 ecosystems.
  • Existing network of Web3 founders, marketing leads, BD leads, KOLs, agencies, or ecosystem teams.
  • Experience managing Telegram client groups or Web3 communities.
  • Understanding of Web3 reward campaigns, quests, token incentives, and community growth.
  • Experience using CRM tools, Notion, ClickUp, HubSpot, Airtable, or similar platforms.

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Building a strong pipeline of Web3 projects interested in ActionFi.
  • Booking qualified sales calls with potential partners.
  • Helping convert leads into ActionFi clients.
  • Managing client conversations clearly, professionally, and proactively.
  • Supporting successful campaigns that clients want to repeat.
  • Becoming a trusted bridge between ActionFi, Web3 clients, and the internal BD team.
