- Manage enterprise web platforms, ensuring availability, security, performance, and reliability.
- Administer, maintain, patch, and upgrade web servers and supporting infrastructure.
- Support development, testing, and production environments.
- Monitor platform health and proactively resolve operational issues.
- Maintain system configurations, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate application deployments, infrastructure changes, and software releases.
- Support scheduled production releases and maintenance activities.
- Review implementation plans, rollback procedures, and release readiness.
- Ensure successful deployments with minimal business impact.
- Manage web platform security controls and certificate lifecycle management.
- Coordinate vulnerability remediation and security patching.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance.
- Investigate and resolve performance bottlenecks and availability issues.
- Conduct capacity planning and recommend scalability improvements.
- Support HA/DR planning, testing, and operational readiness.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Web Operations team members.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
- Drive automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support platform modernization and technology roadmap efforts.
- Platform Availability and Performance Reports
- SLA and Operational KPI Dashboards
- Incident and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Reports
