About the Role
ScalePad is looking for a Web Experience Manager to own the company's website end-to-end, including strategy, UX, design, and optimization. You will lead web projects, build digital experiences, manage the CMS, and drive growth through SEO, AEO, and experimentation.

Responsibilities
- Manage ScalePad's website end to end, ensuring every page delivers an intuitive, engaging, and high performing experience.
- Lead web projects from concept to launch, including wireframing, design, building, approvals, publishing, and post launch monitoring.
- Design and develop campaign landing pages, product launch pages, customer stories, resource hubs, and interactive experiences.
- Own and evolve Sanity CMS by creating scalable content models, reusable components, publishing workflows, and governance.
- Build and maintain a modular web design system and reusable component library.
- Champion technical excellence by monitoring site functionality, performance, accessibility (WCAG), Core Web Vitals, SEO & AEO health, and browser compatibility.
- Leverage AI powered development tools to accelerate page development and automate repetitive workflows.
- Drive website growth, discoverability, and optimization through SEO, GEO, AEO, structured data, analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing websites or digital experiences in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with Sanity CMS is a plus
- Strong understanding of modern web design principles, UX, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, information architecture, and conversion focused user experiences
- Strong visual design skills with an exceptional eye for layout, typography, hierarchy, and interaction design; comfortable creating web mockups and prototypes in Figma
- Experience building responsive websites using modern front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Next.js or similar frameworks) and understanding modern CMS architecture
- Experience using AI assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar
- Working knowledge of SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), website architecture, and technical best practices
- Proven experience using analytics, experimentation, heatmaps, and user behaviour insights to continuously improve website performance
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- A builder's mindset with strong ownership
- Curious about emerging AI technologies and passionate about applying them to digital experiences
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, remote first environment
