As Web Experience Manager, you'll manage ScalePad's most important digital experience: our website.
You'll manage the website end to end, leading strategy, UX, design, and optimization.
You'll work closely with Brand, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Product, and Executives.

Manage ScalePad's website end to end, ensuring every page delivers an intuitive, engaging, and high performing experience.
Lead web projects from concept to launch, creating wireframes and designs in Figma, building pages, and monitoring performance.
Build exceptional digital experiences including campaign landing pages, product launch pages, and interactive tools.
Build a marketing platform by owning and evolving Sanity CMS with scalable content models and reusable components.
Build and maintain a modular web design system and reusable component library.
Champion technical excellence by monitoring site functionality, performance, accessibility, and SEO.
Build faster with AI by leveraging tools like Claude Code and Codex.
Drive website growth, discoverability, and optimization through analytics, A/B testing, and user behaviour insights.

5+ years of experience managing websites or digital experiences in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience with Sanity CMS is a plus.
Strong understanding of modern web design principles, UX, accessibility, responsive design, and information architecture.
Strong visual design skills with experience creating web mockups in Figma.
Experience building responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Next.js or similar frameworks.
Experience using AI assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar.
Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, website architecture, and technical best practices.
Proven experience using analytics, experimentation, heatmaps, and user behaviour insights.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
A builder's mindset with strong ownership.
Curious about emerging AI technologies.
Comfortable working in a fast paced, remote first environment.
