Current offerings include JPlatform, an AI career assistant that supports job matching, application materials, and interview preparation, and EPlatform, which provides structured internships on live projects with verified certificates.

Upcoming platforms such as CPlatform and FPlatform will enable rapid product development and investor-ready support for founders.

SJA Pathway focuses on using AI-driven tools, real-world projects, and tailored guidance to help individuals gain experience, build products, and advance their careers.

This is a part-time, remote Web Developer role intended for undergraduate and graduate learners and is currently unpaid.

The Web Developer will support the design, development, and maintenance of SJA Pathway’s web platforms, collaborating with mentors and other team members on live projects.

Day-to-day tasks may include implementing front-end interfaces, integrating back-end services, troubleshooting bugs, improving site performance, and participating in code reviews.

The role also involves documenting features, contributing to user experience improvements, and following best practices in security and accessibility.

Individuals in this position will gain practical experience working with real products and platforms used by job seekers, students, and entrepreneurs.

• Demonstrated skills in Front-End Development and Web Design, including building responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Foundational abilities in Back-End Web Development and general Web Development, with an understanding of server-side logic and integration.
• Core Programming skills and familiarity with common web technologies, frameworks, or libraries.
