The Opportunity

Reporting to the Leader – Web & Digital, you’ll design, develop and maintain Liberty’s internal and external web platforms. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver user-friendly, responsive and secure web solutions that support Liberty’s brand, objectives and customer experience.

This role blends strong technical capability with creativity, collaboration and a continuous learning mindset.

What you'll be doing

Design and develop high-quality, user-friendly web pages and interactive content

Maintain and enhance Liberty’s internal and external websites in line with brand and style guidelines

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the full development lifecycle — analysis, design, build and implementation

Continuously improve customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) across digital platforms

Enhance on-page SEO and recommend best-practice optimisation techniques

Leverage Liberty’s CMS and intranet platforms effectively

Integrate websites with databases, social media and email platforms via APIs

Store and retrieve data using SQL

Build responsive solutions optimised for mobile and tablet devices

Apply security standards to protect corporate data and digital assets

Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve development efficiency, testing and content optimisation

Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance web development efficiency, including code generation, testing and content optimisation, while maintaining high quality and accuracy of outputs.\

What you'll bring

Proven experience in web development, including responsive design and CMS-based environments

Strong understanding of UX, CX and accessibility best practices

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and database integration (SQL)

Familiarity with APIs, SEO principles and web security standards

Confidence working collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

A continuous improvement mindset and curiosity for emerging technologies, including AI

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and commitment to quality
