Perform business analysis, application design, development, integration, delivery, maintenance, and support.
Own data architecture supporting finance-facing AI and automation initiatives, ensuring financial data is structured, governed, and reliable for downstream AI and machine learning use cases.
What You Will Do
- Architect, design, and deliver high-quality code while promoting engineering best practices.
- Architect data models and pipelines for financial reporting, forecasting, and audit data.
- Partner with Finance and Enterprise AI teams to define data standards and lineage.
- Build scalable, governed data infrastructure including warehousing, ETL/ELT, and APIs for AI applications.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with SOX and audit trail requirements.
- Collaborate with agentic AI engineers to expose structured data for LLM-based tools.
- Act as a technical expert, influence system and platform diagnosis and monitoring, and solve complex problems.
- Deliver solutions for large initiatives across teams and participate in cross-business technical reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of software development experience building commercial applications with modern engineering practices.
- Experience completing production-level tasks efficiently and independently leading a large part of a project deliverable.
- Experience reducing complexity in projects, services, and processes to improve efficiency.
- Experience influencing distributed software delivery teams using Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with cloud, serverless and event-driven architecture, microservices, microfrontends, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including architecture, coding, reviews, source control, testing, and operations.
Compensation Range
- The compensation range is $125,000 to $155,000 yearly.
- Placement in the range depends on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
