Job Description
The Weaving Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring weaving machines, ensuring proper setup, smooth production, and maintaining quality standards in textile manufacturing.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Set up and operate weaving machines for production
- Insert correct production materials to achieve required output
- Ensure machines are properly set before and after production
- Monitor machine operations and production process
- Troubleshoot machine faults and resolve issues
- Follow work instructions and blueprints for production accuracy
- Inspect production output and maintain quality standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Requirements
- High school or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in textile / weaving operations
- Ability to monitor and operate machines
- Physically fit for production work
- Basic communication skills (English / Arabic preferred)
