We’re looking for energetic, hands‑on individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. As a Weaver, you’ll play a key role in keeping up to 20 weaving looms running smoothly so we can produce high‑quality fabric every day.

Keep looms running by fixing breaks in the tape (weft & warp)

Replace empty tape packages and keep them neat and organized

Check fabric closely to catch and correct defects

Perform general housekeeping (dusting looms, sweeping floors)

Support team tasks as needed in a fast-moving production area

Stay active—lots of walking required!

Entry-level friendly – no weaving experience needed!

Energetic, self‑motivated, and ready to learn

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks

Comfortable working around machines

Previous fast‑paced work experience is an asset

12-hour shifts

7:45 AM–7:45 PM and 7:45 PM–7:45 AM

Set rotation between day and night shifts (no straight-day or straight-night options)

Full-time, permanent position averaging 40 hours/week
