Salary
- £ 48,000 - £53,000 depending on experience
- Dynamic (hybrid) working : 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
- Security Clearance : British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
- Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity
You will act as the technical authority for electrical interfaces between the weapon system and its equipment, ensuring that electrical design, performance, and constraints are aligned across multiple suppliers and subsystems.
Rather than detailed circuit design, this role is about owning the bigger picture. Bringing together electrical architecture, equipment integration, and supplier delivery to ensure a coherent, compliant, and high-performing system.
