Role overview
Provide experienced technical support for wealth management applications across private banking, capital markets, core banking, and digital wealth platforms.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, vendors, and technology teams to support delivery, enhancement, and optimization.
Application and production support
- Manage L2/L3 support for wealth management applications, including Finacle-related support.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.
- Monitor application health, batch jobs, interfaces, and service availability.
- Support production releases, deployments, and post-implementation activities.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in banking and wealth management technology.
- Strong understanding of wealth management and core banking operations.
- Proven experience in business analysis and production support roles.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and multiple stakeholder groups.
