The role uses the LearnLux digital platform to support employees across the UAE and the MENA region.
The position delivers unbiased, holistic financial guidance tailored to members' personal financial goals.
This is a fully remote role reporting to the Global Planning Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet members remotely through video, chat, and email to provide guidance on budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation, and related topics.
- Adapt the LearnLux Global Planning methodology for members in the MENA region.
- Contribute subject matter expertise in regular team meetings to improve financial guidance.
- Understand member benefit plans and act as a trusted extension of HR or benefits teams during open enrollment.
- Create content outlines, review financial lessons, and approve content for the digital platform with the content team.
- Lead employer-partner engagement initiatives, including digital webinars and occasional on-site events.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a designation, certification, or diploma in personal financial planning or a relevant field.
- Have at least three years of experience providing one-on-one guidance across multiple personal finance areas.
- Be fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Show passion for financial education and empowering informed financial decisions.
- Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and collaborate with a distributed team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of regional financial systems and regulations in the MENA region.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Comfort working across multiple digital applications and platforms.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to large audiences.
