- Manage and organize the General Manager's assigned tasks
- Act as a liaison between the GM, department heads, and external partners
- Assist in processing and preparing real estate documentation, including Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), contracts, and DLD/RERA forms
- Maintain comprehensive property, client, and project records (both physical and digital)
- Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice tracking and general expense reporting for the GM's office
- Monitor office supplies, manage couriers, and maintain reception area at all times
- Maintain accurate client records, update property inventory
Requirements
- Minimum 2 4 years of proven experience as a Receptionist or Secretary within the UAE real estate or property development sector preferred
- Verbal and written communication in English

Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dynamic real estate development company in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the General Manager’s assigned task.

Compensation
- Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
