About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations and skin assessments to identify individual treatment needs and goals
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on skin type, medical history, lifestyle factors, and desired outcomes
- Perform a range of professional beauty and aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, LED light therapy, and body treatments
- Deliver professional massage therapies including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Relaxation, Aromatherapy, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate clients on skincare routines, wellness practices, and preventive self care measures
- Maintain accurate treatment records, client notes, consent forms, and progress documentation
- Ensure all treatments are delivered safely, effectively, and in accordance with DHA regulations and industry best practices
- Recognize contraindications and refer clients to physicians or other healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Promote holistic wellness by integrating beauty, relaxation, and therapeutic treatments
Requirements
- 5 7 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist and/or Massage Therapist
- Relevant certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or related field
- DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter preferred
- Experience in therapeutic, sports, and wellness massage techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer focused approach
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Role Overview

Clinical & Wellness Services
