Cara Jewellers seeks an MEP Supervisor to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations for its facilities and retail spaces in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing operations for facilities and retail spaces
- Supervise site activities and coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for building services
- Monitor MEP work progress and resolve technical issues
- Update management on project status and ensure minimal disruption to retail operations
Requirements
- Relevant technical qualification or diploma/degree in MEP/Civil Engineering preferred
- 4 to 7 years of UAE experience
- Strong knowledge of MEP materials (HVAC, Ducting, Pipes, Fittings, Electrical items)
- Experience in Facility Management and Building Maintenance
- Proven experience in MEP supervision within retail, commercial, or hospitality environments in UAE/GCC
- Strong understanding of local building regulations, safety standards, and permit processes
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work on site full time in Dubai

Role Description
- The MEP Supervisor oversees all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing operations for Cara Jewellers’ facilities and retail spaces.
- This full time, on site role involves supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring MEP installations meet design, quality, and safety standards.
- Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, managing maintenance, and supporting facility management.
Qualifications
