Role Description

The Business Development Manager (1–5 years experience) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The person in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.

They will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align client proposals with Market Intelligence LLC’s AI-driven services, including ads, automation, and chatbot solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering client pitches, negotiating and closing deals, maintaining accurate CRM records, and tracking performance metrics to achieve revenue targets.

The Business Development Manager will also nurture long-term client relationships, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closing.
  • Experience with digital marketing or technology services, preferably in areas such as AI solutions, performance marketing, automation tools, or CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to explain complex solutions in clear, client-focused language.
  • Proven relationship-building and account management skills, including client onboarding, retention, and upselling.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, comfortable working with performance metrics, revenue targets, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management; experience in the UAE market is an advantage.
