- Identify and qualify leads, conduct client meetings, prepare and present proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals
- Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals, realistic timelines, and high client satisfaction
- Track sales performance, provide regular reports and forecasts, and contribute to business development strategies
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the Interior Fit Out and Joinery sector within the UAE market
- Strong network of relevant industry contacts in the UAE
- Demonstrated ability in business development, lead generation, and account management
- Solid understanding of interior fit out processes, joinery production, project timelines, and pricing structures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competence in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms
- Self motivated, target driven mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
- Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Executive role based in Dubai, focused on the Interior Fit Out and Joinery sector.
