Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail and operational activities
- Manage store operations and customer experience
- Coordinate with suppliers and inventory management
- Monitor sales performance and staff productivity
- Ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
- Support marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain operational standards and reporting
Requirements
- Previous experience in the Beauty/Retail industry is mandatory
- Strong operational and organizational skills
- Good communication and team management abilities
- Experience in customer handling and retail sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
