We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (Tagalog Speaking) to join our full-time team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction through clear communication and efficient problem-solving.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service requests professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, scheduling, pricing, and company policies.
• Process requests, updates, and bookings into the system with high accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the management team when necessary.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through strong service standards.

• Tagalog native speaker with excellent professional English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Previous customer service, call center, or administrative support experience.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, email, and CRM/scheduling tools.
• Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced environment.
