- Oversee and optimize workflows related to prefabricated building projects
- Coordinate information and materials between design, manufacturing, and supply teams
- Monitor production processes and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure project standards, timelines, and budgets are met
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports and track key performance indicators
- Assist in implementing best practices across operations
Requirements
- Experience in workflow or operations management within manufacturing, construction, or prefabricated buildings
- Strong skills in documentation, process mapping, and coordination across design, production, and supply functions
- Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency with standard office software and basic familiarity with ERP or project management tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and collaborate in a multicultural environment
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, industrial management, or related field preferred
