- Plan, coordinate, and monitor workflows and processes within prefabricated building projects
- Analyze operational data and identify process improvements
- Support production teams and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to streamline activities and optimize resource use
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
Requirements
- Strong skills in workflow and process management
- Experience in manufacturing or construction environments, preferably prefabricated or modular building projects
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Proficiency in productivity and planning tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software)
- Solid understanding of quality, safety, and compliance standards relevant to construction and manufacturing
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, industrial engineering, or related field
- Ability to work on site in Dubai

Role Description
- The WCM role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The role includes planning, coordinating, and monitoring workflows and processes within prefabricated building projects.
- Day to day responsibilities involve analyzing operational data, identifying process improvements, supporting production teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- The WCM professional will collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to streamline activities, optimize resource use, and reduce waste.
- The role also includes preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in workflow and process management, with the ability to analyze operations and recommend improvements.
- Experience in manufacturing or construction environments, preferably within prefabricated or modular building projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, including design, production, and logistics.
- Proficiency in using productivity and planning tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software) and preparing clear reports.
- Solid understanding of quality, safety, and compliance standards relevant to construction and manufacturing.
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
